SS Foods is tucked away in Allwyn Colony, right here in Miyapur. The address is 91-63-56, which can be a little tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time they visit. We operate out of a fairly modest space. It is not a huge factory, just a place where we handle food stuff on a daily basis. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives, so we try not to make too much noise with the loading and unloading. The colony has changed a lot over the years with more buildings popping up everywhere. We started this business because we needed something steady to do for a living. Every day follows pretty much the same routine. We check the stock, pack what needs packing, and keep an eye on the door. It is mostly family members working here, so we do not have many formal meetings. We just talk over tea in the afternoon about what needs to be finished. Sometimes the power goes out, which is annoying, but we manage with what we have. People ask why we do not move to a bigger commercial area, but we like being close to home.
