Ss Developer

We are based at 71-5-38 in Yadagiri Nagar, which is part of the Yousufguda area. Ss Developer is a small team and we handle a lot of the local building work around this part of the city. The office is really just a room where we keep the blueprints and have meetings with the contractors. Yadagiri Nagar is a crowded place, and finding our building can be tricky if you aren't looking closely at the house numbers. We spend our mornings checking on the labor at different sites and the afternoons doing the paperwork here. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and making sure we have enough cement and bricks for the next day. The room is usually a bit messy with samples of tiles or bits of plumbing fixtures scattered around. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It’s a practical way to run things. The traffic in Yousufguda is a nightmare during the evening, so we usually try to finish up before the worst of it starts. It’s a steady job and we’ve built a few good houses in the nearby streets. We just take one project at a time and try to keep our heads down and do the work. It is not very fancy, but it keeps us moving.
