We have been over here at the R Square Building in Western Hills for a bit now. It is actually unit 101, right in the Addagutta Society area. Srm India Info Technology Privatelimited is the full name, though most of us just say SRM around the office. We handle various tech tasks and daily computer work that keeps things running for people who need it. It is a busy spot, especially with all the new buildings coming up around Plot No 1/C lately. Some days the traffic is a mess, but we are usually inside dealing with software or hardware issues. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us working on screens and trying to get through the queue of tasks. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the regular IT stuff that comes our way. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, which is a bigger deal than the servers going down. The office has a good view if you stand by the window in the corner. We spend most of our time at our desks. People come by when they have a problem or just need some tech help. We have got our routine down pretty well. It is mostly just making sure the data flows right and the systems do not crash when everyone is busy. We have stayed in this part of town because it is where we started. Being in Addagutta Society feels right for us. It is a practical location for the work.
