Our place is on Road No. 78 in Jubilee Hills. The exact address is H.No. 8-25-293/82/J111/246, which is quite a mouthful to say. Being in Jubilee Hills means there is always a lot of activity and cars everywhere. We work out of this office most days when we are not visiting our development sites across Hyderabad. We are a small LLP and we don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We are just folks who understand how to put buildings together. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to finish a phase of a project before the monsoon starts. You will see us sitting around the table with drawings spread out, trying to figure out the best way to move forward. We deal with the usual local stuff like power cuts or water issues at the sites. It’s not always easy, but we have been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just develop land and build structures. People stop by the office on Road 78 sometimes to ask questions, and we just tell them how it is. We have a small crew and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. It is a practical way of working and it seems to serve us well enough.
