Srisaila Venkateshwara Constructions Private Limited

Our place is Srisaila Venkateshwara Constructions Private Limited. We are located at Plot No250, 6th Phase in the KPHB Colony. It is right in Sreenilayam, across from the Kid Link School. If you know Kukatpally, you know how busy this area can get with all the traffic and school runs. We have been working out of this office for some time now. We mostly do building work around this part of town. Every morning there is a lot of noise outside from the school, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our hours on site or dealing with suppliers. Construction is a tough business because there are always delays you don't expect. Maybe the cement doesn't show up or it rains when you need to pour. We just handle it as it comes. Our team is small and we know the local streets well. It is good being in KPHB because we are close to everything. We don't do much advertising. Mostly we just work on the projects we have and try to do a solid job. The office is just a simple setup to keep our files and meet people. It isn't anything fancy. We focus on the actual building part. It feels good to see a house or a wall finished. We've seen Kukatpally grow so much over the years. We just try to keep things moving along as best we can.
