Srirasthu Property Developers Private Limited is located over in Siddhartha Nagar at H.No 7-19/8. It’s the same neck of the woods in Dammaiguda where things are constantly changing and new buildings are popping up everywhere. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside but inside we are always busy with property stuff. We deal with land and layouts and the occasional building project. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people about where they want to live or invest. It is a very practical kind of environment. We don't have a dress code or a polished front desk. Usually there are just a few of us sitting around a table with a lot of paperwork and some cold water. We know the Dammaiguda area inside out because we live and work right here. We don't use any of that smooth real estate talk you hear in the big cities. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is with the land. Some days we are out in the field walking across dusty plots and other days we are stuck here in the office doing the boring filing work. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. We just work on property deals and try to make sure everything is handled correctly so there aren’t any problems later on.
