Banjara Hills is always loud and there is a lot of energy on the streets. Our office is in a solid older building that has some character to it. The stairs creak a little and the hallways are a bit narrow but it is a good location for us. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old computers that still work fine for what we do. There is always a pile of mail near the entrance that needs sorting. We don't have a receptionist so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls from contractors or checking on the progress of various sites. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls with different colored markers all over them. It gets a bit chaotic when everyone is in at the same time but usually half the team is out in the field. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is right within walking distance. It is a basic office where we focus on the building side of things without any unnecessary drama or fancy furniture. Sometimes we stay late to finish the payroll or just to chat about the week.
