Srinitya Projects (Opc) Private Limited

Srinitya Projects (Opc) Private Limited is a one-person company setup, though we have a few hands that help out when things get busy. We’re located at H No 14, HIG in Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally. This is where all the planning happens. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm for the most part, except for the usual Hyderabad traffic noises. We do project work, mostly focused on the building side of things. I started this because I wanted to run things my own way without all the corporate layers you find in big firms. It means I do a lot of the work myself, from paperwork to site visits. It can be a lot to handle, but I like knowing exactly what’s happening with every brick. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town. We just want to do the jobs we have and do them right. Sometimes I’m out in the field all day and the office stays locked. That’s just the nature of an OPC. People in the colony know us as the project folks. We’ve had some slow months and some months where we don't sleep much. It balances out. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build stuff and try to make sure it stays standing. It's a small operation, but we are dedicated to what we do.
