Srinia Properties Llp is over at Plot No 76 A & 76 B in Aditya Nagar, which is part of Bhagya Nagar. We are right opposite Jntu in the Kukatpally area. It is a very busy spot with all the students and the traffic from the university. Our office is a simple place where we manage our daily tasks. We have been here for a good amount of time and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. It is usually pretty noisy outside because of the main road, but we have gotten used to it. There are just a few of us working here. We do not have any big corporate structure or anything like that. Most of our day is spent looking over property papers or talking to people who stop by with questions. We drink plenty of tea to keep us going, especially in the afternoons. The office is not very fancy, just some desks and old chairs, but it works for us. We know Kukatpally inside and out by now. It is a lively place to be, even if the traffic is a headache sometimes. We do not go in for any of that promotional language or big promises. We just tell people the facts and do our jobs. Sometimes we are out visiting different sites, and other times we are just here catching up on paperwork. It is a regular local business life, and we are happy enough with how things go.
