Srilogillu Developers is tucked away at 3-2-145 in Sai Nagar Colony, which is part of the Nagole area. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, which suits our style of working just fine. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived here for a long time and know each other. Our office is basically just a room where we keep our files and have our meetings with clients. It is not fancy at all; we have some old wooden chairs and a ceiling fan that clicks a bit on high speed. We focus on local projects around Nagole and the nearby colonies. A lot of our time is spent navigating the narrow streets to check on progress at various sites. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who deliver the bricks by heart. It is a small world here. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling to figure out how to build on their own plots without getting confused by the local rules. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do the work and let the houses speak for themselves. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon or labor issues, and we just tell people the truth about it. There is no point in making up excuses. If you come by Sai Nagar Colony, you might see us sitting outside the office in the evening, just catching some air.
