Srija Developers

If you are looking for our office, we are over at Flat No. 201 in B-Block of Rathanidhi Nivas. Being so close to Johnson Grammar School means it gets pretty loud around here when the bells ring and parents are dropping off their kids, but we actually like the energy of the neighborhood. Srija Developers is basically just a few of us working out of this flat. It feels a lot more like a home than a corporate office, which I think makes people feel more comfortable when they sit down to talk about building something. We have got some blueprints rolled up in the corner and a coffee machine that only works when it wants to. Sometimes the lift in B-Block acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is probably good for us anyway. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at work sites, checking on how the walls are coming up or if the materials arrived on time. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things do not go exactly to plan, but we always manage to sort it out. People around here know us as the guys who are always busy but still have time for a quick update. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some huge company. We are just local people trying to make sure the houses we work on are solid and done right.
