Working near the Ramalayam Temple in HMT Hills keeps things busy most days. Kukatpally is always crowded, especially right opposite JNTU where the traffic never really stops. Sri Venkata Sai Infra & Developersprivate Limited started here because it is where we live and work every day. Most mornings start with a quick tea near the front gate before we get into the paperwork. Being at H.No.2-23-643/A means we see a lot of students and commuters passing by our window. It is a loud area but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. We handle the usual construction and development side of things, mostly focusing on what is needed right here in the neighborhood. It is not a fancy setup by any means. Our office is just a place where we sit down with blueprints and talk to people about their house plans. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the noise from the main road gets to be too much, but that is just life in this part of town. We have been at P.N. 651/1 for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us if they have a question. We do not spend much time on big speeches or fancy ads. Usually, someone just walks in from the street because they saw our sign near the temple. It is a simple way of doing business, keeping it local and making sure we stay on top of the projects we have going on.
