Sri Venkat Buildconprivate Limited

We are over here in Sanath Nagar, specifically at Plot No 201 on the second floor of the building at 7-2-1087. The official name is Sri Venkat Buildconprivate Limited, though most people just call us by the shorter version when they see us around. Being in Hyderabad 500018 means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity, which is good for what we do. It’s a simple office, nothing fancy to look at, but it gets the job done for our daily meetings and keeping track of our building materials and worker schedules. We spend a lot of our time out on site rather than sitting behind desks all day long. That’s just the nature of construction work. You can’t build anything from an office chair, after all. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit much after a long day in the sun, but we are used to it by now. We handle various building tasks around this part of the city. It’s mostly just local work for people who need things sorted out. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, someone just picks up and says hello. We’ve been around for a bit and seen how the neighborhood has grown. There’s always some new project starting up around Sanath Nagar. We try to keep things moving along at a steady pace. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and making sure trucks arrive on time. It gets stressful but we manage to get through the day together. That is pretty much who we are and what we do at our little spot on the second floor.
