Our place is in the Zainab Commercial Complex in Ameerpet. The address is 6-3-802/2. If you have ever been to Ameerpet, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded places in Hyderabad. There is a lot of energy here, and it keeps us on our toes throughout the day. We are focused on projects in the Kollur area, but we keep our main office here in the city for convenience. It is just a regular commercial space. We have maps of the development areas on the walls and a few desks for the staff. We are not into big marketing campaigns or trying to sound like a multinational firm. We are just a local LLP doing our bit in the real estate and project world. Some days the traffic in Ameerpet makes it hard to get anywhere, so we end up doing a lot of our business over the phone. We are honest about what we do. We do not promise things we cannot deliver to people. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad for a long time, so we know the land and the people around here. We just want to keep working and finishing our projects. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed because of weather or other issues, but we just keep at it. There is no secret formula for us, just showing up and doing the work every day.
