We are located over at Plot No. 93 in the Swathi Residency Colony area of Hayatnagar. This is where Sri Sai Mourya Estates & Projects Pvt Ltd operates from. Hyderabad has grown so much lately and Hayatnagar is no different. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice for when we have to sit down and look at plot maps or project files. Our office isn’t anything too crazy, just a regular spot in the colony where we handle our estate business. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to chat because we’ve been at this address for a bit now. We spend a lot of our time looking at land and figuring out where the next project might go. It is a lot of driving around and then coming back here to 501505 to sort through the papers. People in Hyderabad know that the real estate business is mostly about knowing the local spots and being around when someone has a question about a plot. We don't use big words or fancy presentations here. It’s just us sitting in the office, answering the phone, and trying to make sense of the local development. If you are ever near Swathi Residency, you will probably see our sign. It's a quiet neighborhood but we stay busy enough with all the different projects we have going on right now. It is hard work but we enjoy being part of the growth in this area.
