Our office is over in Nagarjuna Colony at 8-3-902. It’s right in the heart of Hyderabad. Sri Sai Deekshitha Developers is a small company. We focus on building houses and apartments for families. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives so we know how things work here. The office gets quite hot in the summer because the AC is a bit old. We usually have the fans going full speed. We spend a lot of time negotiating with material suppliers to get a decent price. It’s a tough business. Margins are thin and everyone wants things done yesterday. We do our best to stay on schedule, but sometimes the rain ruins everything. Or the cement truck gets stuck in traffic. That’s just life in Hyderabad. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our clients come through word of mouth from people who bought from us before. We like it that way. It means people trust what we do. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build decent places where people can live without too many headaches. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty clothes, but it feels good when a building finally gets finished and people move in. It’s messy work but we take it as it comes.
