Sri Nivaasam Infra Developerss Private Limited is based in Habsiguda. You can find us at Street Number 8, right above the SBI Bank. We occupy flats 201 and 202 in Hema Mansion, which is D.No. 1-7-39/5. It’s a busy building and being above a bank makes it easy for people to locate us. We do a lot of infra development work from these two offices. It’s a bit of a walk up, but we like the spot. The office is filled with maps and project files most of the time. We aren’t really into the whole polished corporate image. We just want a space where we can focus on the work. Habsiguda is a great area for us because it’s well-connected. We often have meetings here with staff and suppliers to go over the plans. It can get pretty cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. There is always someone coming or going with some kind of paperwork. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture or decorations. We'd rather put our efforts into the actual construction and development projects. It’s a plain, honest workspace for people who aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day's tasks, making sure everything is moving forward.
