Sri Mallikarjuna Foods

Sri Mallikarjuna Foods is located at Plot No.10 in JK Colony, which is right off Saket Road. We have been working out of this spot for a while now and it gets pretty hectic during the lunch hours. The area around Kapra and ECIL is always moving so we have to stay on our toes to keep everything running smoothly. In the kitchen, it gets quite warm especially when we have all the stoves going at once but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our morning prepping the ingredients and getting the packing materials ready. JK Colony is a quiet enough place but once you get out toward Saket Road the traffic starts to pick up. We mostly deal with people who live nearby or work in the industrial areas around here. There is no big sign or fancy lights at our place. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the containers are closed tight. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected if the day is busier than usual. We don't have a lot of staff so everyone does a bit of everything, from washing up to handling the orders. It is hard work and our hands are always busy but it feels right to be part of the neighborhood here. We just want to make sure people have something decent to eat when they get home from work.
