We are tucked away in Chaitanya Enclave, specifically at Plot No 4 in Khajaguda. If you know Gachibowli, you know how fast everything is changing around here. Our office is at 1-61/1/4, right near Sy No 1. It is a busy area with a lot of dust from all the new buildings going up. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to people about land. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a piece of paper that needs a signature. It gets a bit cramped when we have a full house, but we make it work. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for the few hours we are actually sitting down. Most of the time, we are out at the sites, walking around in the sun and making sure things are where they should be. It’s not a glamorous job. You end up with dirt on your shoes and a lot of sweat on your shirt by noon. We’ve had times where things didn't go as planned, like when the materials didn't show up on time or the rain washed out a foundation trench. You just learn to deal with it and keep going. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just work on these developments and try to keep things honest with the people we talk to every day.
