Sri Chanmunda Engineering Works

We’ve been over here at Shop No.75 in Chinna Thokata for a good while now. It’s a busy spot near the Hanuman Temple in Bowenpally, and you probably see us working away if you ever pass by that way. Sri Chanmunda Engineering Works is just us doing what we know how to do with metal and repairs. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes, but that’s just how engineering shops are. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the workshop where we get things done. People come in with broken parts or things they need built, and we take a look and see what we can manage. Most of the folks around here know where we are. We open up early and stay until the work for the day is mostly sorted. Sometimes things take longer than we think, but we try to keep moving. It’s just honest work. We have a few machines and tools that have seen better days but they still work fine for what we need. If you are walking near the temple, you can’t really miss the shop. We keep the doors open mostly to let the air in. It gets hot in Bowenpally in the afternoons. We just focus on the job at hand and try not to overcomplicate stuff. It’s not a big corporate thing, just a local shop trying to handle the orders that come through. We like being part of this neighborhood and seeing the familiar faces every day.
