You can find Sri Ayyappa Engineers & Builders Private Limited on the 4th floor of Naina Residency. We are at Plot No 344 in Sarojini Naidu Nagar, which is right in the heart of Madhapur. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, though we are mostly looking at our screens or paper plans. We have Flat No. 4, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We are engineers and builders, so our work is very technical and hands-on. Madhapur is always buzzing with new IT buildings and apartments, so we are right in the middle of all that growth. Our office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the printer or someone on a call. We aren't the type of people to sit around in suits all day. Most of us are more comfortable in the field. We’ve been working out of this Sarojini Naidu Nagar location for a while now. It’s a good base for us because we can get to our different sites relatively quickly. We don't have a lot of corporate hierarchy here. It’s a small group of us who have known each other for years. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the engineering is sound. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it and we just keep plugging away.
