Sri Ajr Infra & Developers Llp

Our place is called Ananda Nilayam, and we are located in Flat 103 on Plot 63. It is tucked away in Street No. 1 of Radhanagar Colony in Bandla Guda. Being in a residential colony makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a high-rise. Sri Ajr Infra & Developers Llp is basically a group of us working out of this ground-floor flat. It is convenient because we do not have to deal with elevators or stairs. The colony is quiet for the most part, except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We have set up the rooms as offices, but it still has that homey feel to it. There is a small porch where we sometimes take our breaks and talk about the current infrastructure projects we are handling. Bandla Guda is developing fast, so it is a good place for us to be located. We have a lot of site visits, so the office is often empty for half the day. When we are all here, it gets pretty lively with people talking on phones and maps spread out everywhere. We do not do anything fancy like big presentations. We just focus on getting the building work done and making sure everything is on track. It is a simple setup, and that suits us just fine. We appreciate the community vibe of Radhanagar Colony. It is a nice change of pace from the more crowded and hectic parts of Hyderabad.
