It is a very busy part of the city, especially during the morning and evening rush hours when everyone is trying to squeeze through Shaikpet to get to work. Our office is a very simple and basic place where we handle various home projects and small land deals. We have been in this specific location for quite a while now. It is not a huge or impressive setup, just enough room for the few of us who work here to each have a desk and a chair. We spend most of our time dealing with all the tedious paperwork that naturally comes with housing and property development. It is not always the most exciting type of work, but it is necessary to get things done. We do not use any big fancy words or corporate talk for what we do here. We just help people find a piece of land or get a small project started. There is usually a pot of tea or coffee going in the back, and the front door is almost always open if someone wants to just stop by and have a chat about a plot. We know this local area very well because we have been living and working around Banjara Hills for many years. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow, and we have to wait around just to send some emails. That gives us some time to talk.
