Sreel Builders And Developers Private Limited is based out of Machabollaram. You can find us at House Number 1-62/25 in TRK Reddy Enclave. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we like because it keeps things grounded. We spend most of our time working on building projects and developing small pieces of land. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the job sites. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We aren't some massive company with a fancy glass building. We just have our space in the enclave where we keep our tools and our records. Most of our guys have been doing this for years, so we don't need much hand-holding. We just get the instructions and start working. There are always little problems that pop up, like a pipe that isn't where it should be or a wall that isn't quite straight, but we fix them and move on. That’s just part of being a builder. We like the Machabollaram area because it’s where we’ve set up our roots. We don't try to impress people with big talk or promises we can't keep. We just tell you what the project involves and how long we think it’ll take. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually there in the enclave, probably looking over some new plans and drinking some tea while we work through the details.
