SREE SHUBHADA VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is our company. You can find us on the 3rd floor of Karanam Krest, which is on Plot No 124. It’s part of the Ravi Enclave in Kothaguda. Kondapur is a really active area these days, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s a decent sized space, enough for our team to sit and get through the day's tasks. We mostly look at property stuff and how to manage different projects. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through. We don't use any of those big fancy slogans you see on billboards. We just prefer to talk to people directly. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we usually just take our time. It’s a regular office environment with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of things. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking on sites. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been around the Kothaguda area long enough that most locals know where Ravi Enclave is. We’re just a group of people working together to make things happen. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do the work and try to be fair about everything we do here.
