Sree Saanvika Homes Private Limited is based over in Lahari Estates, specifically at Plot No. 1484 and 1485 in D P Pally. If you know the Hyderabad area, you probably know where we are. It’s a decent spot for a home-building company to be situated. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a practical place where we keep our tools, plans, and files. We spend a lot of time discussing layouts and checking on materials. It gets a bit dusty around here sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small crew that has been together for a while. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in town; we just want to get the work finished. Most days start early with a lot of tea and a look at the schedule. We handle the paperwork and the site visits ourselves. D P Pally is a growing area, and being right in the middle of it helps us keep an eye on how things are moving. We don't use any fancy talk or complicated systems. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of hard work. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, like when a delivery is late, but we just deal with it and move on. It is an honest living, and we are glad to be doing it together as a small team.
