Our small office for Sree Paadha Property Deelopers And Promoters Private Limited is on Plot No.2 in Alkapuri Colony. It’s a regular building, nothing too flashy. We spend our days here talking to people about land and houses. Being in Alkapuri, we see a lot of people from the neighborhood just walking by. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for when people come in to chat. It’s mostly about property and seeing what is available for development. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If someone wants to know about a plot, we just tell them what the situation is. Sometimes the paperwork with the government takes forever, which is frustrating, but we just keep pushing it through. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle the promotion side of things too, which basically means letting people know what we have for sale. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around various sites to see how things look. We don't have a big marketing department. We just try to be honest about what we are doing and hope that is enough. It is a basic business run by local people. We have been at H.No.18401/A/A/A for quite some time now.
