Sree Nivasam Infra LLP is located in Madhapur, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. If you spend any time here, you know it is always moving with new buildings and people everywhere. Our office isn't tucked away; it is right in the thick of things. We spend our days looking over plans, talking to contractors, and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with infrastructure work. It’s not always glamorous work, and there is often dust on our shoes from visiting sites or just walking around the neighborhood. Inside the office, the atmosphere is pretty casual, though we do stay busy with the phones ringing and meetings taking up a lot of the afternoon. We have been working out of Madhapur because it is close to where everything is happening in the industry. The team here is a mix of people who have been in the business for years and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon when things slow down for a minute. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we would rather just get the drawings right and make sure the projects are moving along like they should. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we just take it one day at a time and try to keep our heads down.
