Sree Nandan Builders And Developers Llp is located up on the 4th floor of SVK Towers. Our office is in Plot No.13, right in the Electronic Complex Extension area of Kushaiguda. It’s pretty close to the ECIL Post, so finding us isn’t too hard if you know the landmark. We’ve been operating from this floor for a while now. The space is filled with drawings, some samples, and a lot of coffee cups. Construction work keeps us pretty busy, so there is always someone coming in or heading out to a site. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy. It's mostly just a place where we sit down to figure out timelines and talk to the guys doing the actual building. Being in the electronic complex means it's a bit industrial around here, which suits what we do just fine. Sometimes the parking downstairs gets a bit tight, but we manage. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the projects we have going on. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site reports that come in. It’s not always quiet in the office, especially when there's a deadline coming up. We like being in this part of the city because it feels grounded. We're just a group of people working on buildings and trying to do a decent job every day.
