Our office is tucked away in Ameerpet, right at H.No. 7-1-211/41. If you know Hyderabad, you know how hectic Ameerpet gets. It’s always loud with the sounds of the city and people moving around. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, focusing on our development work. It’s a modest space, nothing too flashy or over the top. We have a few desks, some maps on the wall, and usually a lot of tea going around. Most of the guys here have been working in construction and development for years, so we know the ropes. We aren’t really into those big meetings that last forever. We’d rather just get out there and see how the work is progressing on the ground. It’s a practical way to run a business. Some days are slow with just filing and phone calls, and other days it feels like we can't catch a break. That’s just how the real estate world goes, I guess. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we talk to. No one here is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to for some legal thing. We’re just local folks working in the city, trying to build things that actually matter to the people living here. It’s a long road sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time. The office fan makes a bit of noise, but we hardly notice it anymore. We just get on with things and hope for clear weather.
