Sree Jaya Bhavani Constructions Private Limited is on the third floor of Sravyas Aalaya, specifically in Flat No. 305. We are right there in Izzath Nagar which is part of the Khanamet area. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We have been working in construction for some time and this office is where we handle all the paperwork and meetings. It’s not some high-tech space, just some desks and chairs and a lot of site maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time out in the field because you can't really build anything from behind a desk. Khanamet has a lot of activity right now and we are always seeing new projects starting up. We talk to the suppliers and try to get the best price for the materials so the costs don't go through the roof. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s stressful when things don’t go according to the plan. But we’ve learned to deal with the surprises that come with building things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw one of our sites or someone they know told them to give us a call. We just focus on the actual building part and making sure everything is solid before we move to the next job.
