Sree Annapurna Foods

Our little shop is over in East Anandbagh, right across the way from Raghavendra Tiffins. It is a very familiar spot for most of the folks living in Malkajgiri. We deal with food, so our days have to start very early in the morning. There is a lot of preparation work that nobody ever sees. We are busy chopping, sorting, and getting everything ready before that first customer walks through the door. We have a relatively small space here, so it tends to get crowded pretty quickly during the peak hours. We do not have any fancy air conditioning or designer furniture to show off. It is just a basic, functional setup that works for what we do. The neighborhood is usually fairly quiet, except during the morning rush when everyone is heading to work. We know a lot of our customers by their names because they live just a few streets away from us. It has a very local, friendly vibe. Sometimes we make small mistakes, like an order taking a bit too long, but we always try to fix it right away. We are not some big international chain with a rulebook for every little thing. We just do things the way we have always done them. The kitchen can get a bit messy when we are busy, but that is just part of the job. It is hard work but we manage.
