Sr Techno Group

Operating out of Patrika Nagar in Hitech City is interesting. We are at Plot No 53. Even though Hitech City is known for all those massive glass buildings and big international names, our corner is a bit more grounded. Sr Techno Group is basically a bunch of us who like solving technical problems. Our office is a practical space. We have plenty of power outlets and some decent desks, but that’s about it. We don't have a fancy lounge or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We usually just walk down the street for a quick chai when we need a break. The work involves a lot of staring at code and making sure systems don't break. It can be a bit repetitive, but we don't mind. The noise from the construction nearby is a constant thing these days, as the area keeps growing. We've seen a lot of change around here lately. Our team is small and we don't really have a hierarchy. If something needs to be finished, whoever is free just jumps in and does it. We don't spend time on long emails or formal reports unless we absolutely have to. We'd rather just talk and figure things out. It’s a straightforward way to work and it keeps things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the technical work we know how to do.
