Sr Service Engineer

You can find us at Swagruha Towers, specifically H-No-1F4, which is in the Brindavan Colony area near Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar. It’s a decent spot in the ECIL post part of Hyderabad. Being a service engineer here means we aren't always sitting at our desks. A lot of the time, the office is just a place to recharge and sort out the paperwork before heading back out to a job. The towers are usually pretty busy with people coming and going. It’s a residential area mostly, so it doesn't feel like those cold business parks you see in other parts of the city. We have a lot of tools and spare parts stashed around because you never know what you’ll need for a service call. The traffic in Hyderabad can be a real headache, especially when you are trying to get across to the other side of town in the middle of the day. We try to keep things organized, but when three calls come in at once, things get a bit hectic. We’ve been operating out of this colony for some time. It’s a good community and it’s convenient for getting to our clients. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the technical service side of things. We focus on getting the repairs done and keeping the equipment running without making a big fuss about it.
