We are based out of Flat No.115 in the Fortune Casa Palace building. It’s located in Doctors Colony, right on Road No.1 in the Saroor Nagar area. Sr Landmark Developers Private Limited is the name on our official registration. Most days you will find us shuffling papers, looking at site maps, or talking about where a wall should go right here in this office. The 500035 area is a nice spot to work from, and it has a good feel to it. It's not a huge office, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about upcoming projects. Hyderabad is growing fast and Saroor Nagar is no different from the rest of the city. We try to keep up with all the changes happening around us every day. There are always people coming in and out of Fortune Casa Palace, so the whole place feels quite lively and busy. We aren't the type of people to put up big billboards or spend money on fancy advertisements. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. If someone needs a developer, they find their way to our door eventually. We deal with land and building stuff mostly. It involves a lot of back and forth with different departments and suppliers. Sometimes things take a lot longer than we want them to, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve got a small crew and we all do a bit of everything. No one here is too important to help out with the small stuff. We just focus on the task at hand and keep things moving.
