Squabsoft Solutions is based in Flat No.201 at Syndicate Homes in Lokayuktha Colony. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s a standard residential area, so it’s pretty calm most of the time, which helps with the kind of work we do. We mostly deal with software stuff. The team is small, just a handful of us who know each other well. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of the developers will probably answer it. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Most of our day is spent looking at code and trying to make things run a bit smoother. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we spend hours just looking for one tiny error. But it’s what we know how to do. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business trying to provide for our families and do a good job for our clients. The office has a few plants that we sometimes forget to water, and way too many empty snack bags. It’s a real workplace, not a photo for a brochure. We find that being honest about what we can do works best for everyone. It is just a few guys and some computers in a flat. It gets the job done and we are okay with that.
