We are tucked away in Durga Nagar Colony, which is right by the Vinayaka Temple in the Punjagutta area. It is a very central part of Hyderabad. Our office is on the first floor at plot number 42. We focus on leadership training and helping people manage their work life. People usually come to us when they are looking to improve how they handle their teams or their own jobs. We are not a huge company with a hundred staff members. It is just a small group of us here. The office has a couple of rooms where we sit down and have discussions. It is usually a very casual environment. We don’t really do the whole suit and tie thing unless there is a specific reason for it. Punjagutta is always full of cars and traffic, so getting to the colony can take a bit of time, but it’s calm once you get inside the building. We have some whiteboards and plenty of notebooks for jotting down ideas. We try to help people see things in a new way regarding their careers. It’s more about having a real conversation than giving a formal lecture. We have been here for a while and know all the local tea spots around the corner.
