Spp Estates & Projects Private Limited is based out of Madhumathi Apartments in Currency Nagar. Our specific spot is D.No.2-207, Plot No.19. It’s a pretty standard office setup for a company that deals with estates and local projects. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy lobby or expensive art. Most of the time, the desks are covered in site maps and project notes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting with people on-site. Currency Nagar is a busy place, and being based here helps us stay connected to what's happening in the local market. We handle the usual stuff that comes with property development and estate management. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more patience. Some days we are just waiting for approvals, and other days we are rushing to get things finished before the rain starts. It’s a bit of a roller coaster, but that’s the nature of the business. We are just a group of people who know how to get these projects moving. We’ve been around for a bit and we understand how things work in this part of the city. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
