D - 1470 - Sudha Ventures

We are based in the Park View Apartments, at Flat Number 102 on Plot Number 31. This is in Model Colony, which is right by the SR Nagar Post office in Hyderabad. It is a residential apartment, so our office feels more like a home than a business most of the time. We have been here for a while and we like that it is a bit quieter than the main roads. D - 1470 - Sudha Ventures is just a small operation run by a few of us. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the other space for storing all our files and equipment. It can get a bit crowded when we have more than a couple of people over, but we make it work. We don't have a big fancy sign on the building or anything, so you have to look for the flat number when you arrive. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computer. We don't have any big mission statements or goals to change the world. We just try to do our work well and keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, but that’s just part of being in an older apartment complex. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
