Splended Aparna Projects

Splended Aparna Projects is based in the Moosaram Bagh area of Hyderabad. Our office is located at Hno 16-11-511/C/23 in Prathap Nagar. We work on various construction and real estate projects around the city. The office is a modest building in a residential street, which makes us feel very much a part of the local community. Hyderabad is known for its heat, so our daily life involves a lot of time under the fan while we go over project blueprints and site reports. We have a big table in the center of the room where we spread out the maps and plans. It is not a shiny, high-tech office. It is a place where we get our boots dirty and then come back to figure out the next steps. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers to make sure everything is on track. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times there is a lot of traffic on the main road nearby. We know the local shops where we get our stationary and our tea. It is a small team and we all know our roles. We don't use a lot of complicated language or management speak. We just talk about the work that needs to be finished and the deadlines we have to meet. It is a straightforward way of doing business in a growing city like Hyderabad. We take pride in just being a solid, local firm.
