Spime Technology Private Limited is situated on the 3rd floor of Amar House. That’s at 6-3-1239/2 along Rajbhavan Road in Somajiguda. Being in Somajiguda means we are right in the heart of things. The traffic on Rajbhavan Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but it's a convenient location for most of us to reach. Our office isn't very large, but it works for what we need. We have a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of notebooks filled with scribbles. We spend our days working on various tech projects. It’s a lot of trial and error. You think something will work, and then it doesn't, so you start over. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big human resources department or a dedicated cleaning crew; we mostly just look after the place ourselves. It keeps the costs down. We usually eat our lunch at our desks while watching something on our phones. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get serious when a deadline is approaching. We’ve had people walk in thinking we are a different office because the building has so many different companies. We just point them in the right direction and get back to work. It’s a busy life, but we like the independence of running our own small firm here in the city, even with all the noise of the traffic outside.
