Out here in Jeedimetla at Plot No. 67, things stay pretty constant. We’re tucked away in the Bhel R & D Vista area, which isn’t the easiest place for newcomers to find on the first try. Pet Bashirabad has changed a lot since we first set up, but our routine stays about the same. We spend our days managing the food supplies and keeping an eye on the machinery. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the warehouse section, but we just get on with it. There’s always a truck coming or going, and the sound of the gates opening is something you hear all day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the orders right and out the door. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a lot of talk about local news during lunch. The office part is just a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We don't have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The area gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, so we’re always cleaning the windows. It’s a solid place to work, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We don't plan on moving anytime soon or making any major changes to how we operate.
