We started this group because real estate can get pretty messy around here. Being in Madhapur, specifically over in Sai Nagar on the first floor of our building, we see a lot of people trying to figure out how to handle property deals without getting into trouble. It’s just a bunch of us agents who decided to stick together. Most of the time, we’re just talking about local rules or helping a member out when they have a tricky situation in Serlingampally or somewhere else in Rangareddy. It isn't a fancy setup. We have our office at 2-56/33/4/36/1 and that’s where the paperwork happens. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone or look at a contract. Dealing with land and buildings in South India is a full-time job and doing it alone is tough. We figured having an association makes things a bit more organized for everyone involved. Sometimes the meetings go long because there’s always something new happening with the local property laws. We don't really have a big corporate team, just regular people who know the area well. If you come by the Sai Nagar office, you'll probably just see us working through piles of files. It’s a practical way to keep things running. We try to keep each other informed so nobody makes a mistake that costs a client money. It’s just how we operate day to day. We don't have fancy brochures, just people who know the streets and the owners here.
