Our office for Metmox Software Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is up on the fourth floor, Suite 401, in the Diamond Block. We are part of the Lumbini Rock Dale complex in Somajiguda. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always something happening outside. The building is one of those older commercial blocks that has seen a lot of different businesses come and go. Inside, it looks like a typical software office. There are a lot of monitors and tangled cables everywhere. We aren't really into the whole "silicon valley" aesthetic. It’s just rows of desks and people concentrating on their screens. Sometimes it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking, and other times everyone is talking at once. We spend a lot of time on calls with people in different time zones. The lift in the Diamond Block can be a bit slow during lunch hours, so many of us just take the stairs. We don’t have a big HR team or fancy lounge areas. There’s a small kitchen area where we keep the microwave and some snacks. It’s a practical workspace for people who just want to write code and solve technical problems. We don't put on a show for clients. If you visit, you see us exactly as we are—just a bunch of tech workers in a standard office building in Hyderabad. We like the neighborhood because there are good food spots nearby. It’s just a normal job in a normal building.
