Soltius It Technologies is located in room 401 of Mahalakshmi Plaza, which is in Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Madhapur is the heart of the IT scene here, so there is always a lot of buzz. Our office is up on the fourth floor. It’s a functional space, filled with computers, cables, and the sound of cooling fans. We don't have any of those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or ping-pong tables. We just have sturdy desks and good chairs because we spend a lot of time sitting down. We work on various technology projects, which mostly means we are solving technical problems for other people. It can be quite intense some days, especially when a system goes down or a deadline is approaching. We usually head out for a quick lunch at one of the stalls nearby. The food in Madhapur is great, which is a definite plus. The plaza itself is always busy with people from different companies. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for our small team. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code, so most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. We just focus on the technical work and try to keep things running correctly without making a big fuss about it. It’s a regular tech job in a very busy part of Hyderabad, and we are fine with that.
