Sohy Properties Private Limited is located over in the MJR Magnifique building. We’re on the 7th floor, Units 2 and 3. It’s right there in the Golconda area. Living and working in Hyderabad means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view sometimes. We deal with property stuff. It involves a lot of looking at plans and talking to different people about land and buildings in Sy No 75 and 76. It’s not a glamorous job, just steady work that needs to be done. We have a small team here. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, which is a bit of a pain when we’re in a hurry. We mostly focus on what’s right in front of us. No big speeches or fancy promises, just managing properties and keeping things moving. The office stays pretty quiet unless we have a lot of paperwork to file. India - 500008 is where we call home. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just try to keep up with everything. It’s a lot of tracking details. Most days are just spent at our desks or out seeing how things are going at different sites. We’re just a regular private company doing our bit in the local property market. We do not have any big corporate goals, just keeping the lights on.
