If you head over to Bhavani Nagar in Sainikpuri, you’ll find us at Plot Number 21. It’s a nice area with plenty of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant. Softview Global It Solutions Private Limited is based out of this spot, and it’s a pretty low-key operation. We’ve got a few rooms set up for different teams, though we all end up talking over each other most of the time anyway. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out. We don’t spend money on expensive decor or leather chairs. Most of our budget goes into the equipment we need to do our IT work. We deal with a lot of different tech issues every day, so there is never a dull moment. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic with all the different projects going on at once. We usually have a lot of scrap paper lying around with notes and diagrams on them. Everyone here is pretty easy-going. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We like the vibe of Sainikpuri; it’s less stressful than the main tech hubs. We just focus on our clients and try to make sure everything we build actually works like it should. It’s not a complicated way of doing things, but it’s how we like to run the place here at P NO 21. We just keep our heads down and work.
