We operate Softpearl Innovations India Privatelimited out of Padma Rao Nagar. Our space is H.No 6-1-175/G2, inside the SS Residency building. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit calmer than the main commercial hubs of the city. We like it that way because it makes it easier to actually concentrate on the innovation side of things. The office is basically a ground-floor flat. It's not a huge skyscraper or anything like that. We have our desks set up and a small area where we can sit and talk about whatever project we’re currently handling. Sometimes it feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. There’s a bit of a garden outside the building which is nice for a breath of fresh air. People in the building know us by now. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the house number. We handle a lot of tech-related tasks throughout the day. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to figure out how to make things work better. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a simple way of doing things. Padma Rao Nagar is a decent neighborhood with some old trees and quiet streets. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just do our work and head home.
