Softnet Solutions is based at 21, B Block Colony in Malakpet. We are right in the middle of a residential colony, so it’s a very local vibe. It isn't a high-rise office building or anything fancy like that. It’s just a converted space that works for us. We’ve been in B Block for quite some time, and we know many of the people who live around here. Malakpet is a busy area, but our little corner in the colony is relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have our computers set up and we spend most of our time here working on different solutions for folks. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy suits. Usually, we are just in our casual clothes getting through the list of things to do. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. Sometimes someone will stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We don’t really do any big advertising. Word of mouth in the colony and the surrounding areas is how people find out about us. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us connected to the community. If you’re ever in Malakpet and walking through B Block, you’ll probably see our number 21 house. We’re just regular people working hard in our own neighborhood, day in and day out.
