We are over here at Flat 403 in the Royal Ridge Apartment building. It is right in the K R B Nagar area of Navodaya Colony. Most people know Kukatpally can get pretty busy, but our little spot stays fairly quiet most days. We started this thing with just a couple of desks and some old chairs, and not much has changed since then really. Usually, someone is making a pot of tea around ten in the morning and we just get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. It isn't a huge office, just a regular flat where we keep our computers and try to stay organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs which is good exercise I guess. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a while now. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby with a receptionist. It is just a workspace where we try to do a decent job for the people who ask us for help. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through problems that come up. When it gets late, you can hear the traffic from the main road, but inside it is mostly just the sound of typing. We like it this way. It feels like a real place where actual work happens without all the extra noise you find in those big glass buildings downtown.
